McCain to NY Times; Damn It My Friend, Can't You See? I Am Right, Obama's Wrong. Let Me Repeat... »
Posted by: jovial 1 month, 1 week agoSenator McCain is beginning to show us what a McCain presidency will look like and it ain't pretty. It's creepy. Not surprisingly, the right wing echo chamber is demonstrating what it will act like, with its latest clueless demonstration, proving that Fox News and the Drudgereport are good at what they do-- echoing talking points and delivering messages-- but short on the goods when it comes to even getting what it means to function as a journalistic operation.

We all know McCain is a kook. I wonder if the Republicans in denial will ever admit it to themselves. Another 4 years of a Republican would be a total disaster.

McCain would have been smart to walk away from this. He is causing his own problems and has no one to blame but himself. The longer he talks the worse it gets.

I liked the Huffington article. The basic thesis was that the NYT was doing McCain an intentional favor by not carrying it because it was so filled misinformation and errors that it made McCain look ridiculous.

McCain has quite a temper I guess. I'm sure Obama will admit that the surge might have worked. Anyone can make a mistake in judgment. If he admits that he thought it wouldn't work and it did or course, work that's not flip flopping. That is admitting that he made an error in judgment. We all do that at time. The greatest error in judgment was to invade the place in the first place when we had Bin Laden pinned down in Afghanistan. I guess Ole Bin Laden was happy we invaded and took the heat off his butt.
